Cut and remove cable seal (Figure 29, Item 2) and electrical contact (Figure 29, Item 1) from wire (Figure 29,
Item 3).
ASSEMBLY
1.
Strip approximately 0.31 in. (7.93 mm) of insulation (Figure 30, Item 4) from end of wire (Figure 30, Item 3).

Install new cable seal (Figure 30, Item 2) on wire (Figure 30, Item 3)

Crimp new electrical contact (Figure 30, Item 1) on wire (Figure 30, Item 3).
4.
Install wire (Figure 30, Item 3) in connector (Figure 30, Item 5) until it locks.
5.
Install secondary lock(s) (Figure 31, Item 2) in connector (Figure 31, Item 1).
