Wear a face shield when removing spacer. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to
personnel.

Insert removal tool into cavity (Figure 15, Item 2) on connector (Figure 15, Item 1) until seated.

Pull wire (Figure 15, Item 5) back through connector (Figure 15, Item 1) and remove tool.
NOTE
•
Perform Step (5) only if old terminal is still attached to wire.
•
Make cut directly behind damaged terminal.

Cut terminal (Figure 15, Item 3) and wire seal (Figure 15, Item 4) from wire (Figure 15, Item 5). Discard terminal
and seal.
ASSEMBLY
1.
Insert 1.0 in. (25.4 mm) of wire (Figure 16, Item 2) through new wire seal (Figure 16, Item 1).
