NOTE
•
Perform Step (4) only if old terminal is still attached to wire.
•
Make cut directly behind damaged terminal.
4.
Cut and remove terminal (Figure 10, Item 4) from wire (Figure 10, Item 3). Discard terminal.
5.
Remove wire (Figure 10, Item 3) and seal (Figure 10, Item 1) from connector (Figure 10, Item 2).
ASSEMBLY
1.
Push wire (Figure 11, Item 3) through seal (Figure 11, Item 1) and connector (Figure 11, Item 2) cavity.

CAUTION
To prevent damage to individual strands, strip wire after placing it through seal and connector
body.
2.
Strip end of wire (Figure 12, Item 1) using crimping tool leaving 0.25 in. (6.35 mm) of bare wire.
