ENGINE WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT (2D ENGINE)(Sheet 5 of 12)

30. Using pliers, loosen, and using hands, disconnect

connector (AM) from hour meter (AN).

36. Using 7/8 inch wrench, disconnect electrical lead

(AV) from front of engine.

37. Using slip joint pliers, loosen, and using hands,

disconnect electrical connector (AW) from solenoid

valve (AX).

38. Using 9/16 inch wrench, remove nut (AY) securing

clamp (hidden).

39. Remove clamp.

31. Using 1/2 inch socket with extension, remove two

screws and lockwashers (AP).

Throw lockwashers

away.

32. Remove two clamps (AQ).

33. Using slip joint pliers, loosen, and using hands,

disconnect connector (AR) from fuel-water separator

control (AS).

34. Using 1/2 inch socket with extension, remove screw

and lockwasher (AT) securing clamp (AU).

Throw

lockwasher away.

35. Remove clamp (AU).
