WARNING

Each Outback inverter assembly weighs 70 lbs (32 kg) and may be awkward to handle. Use

correct lifting procedures, indicated lifting devices, and/or assistance from other personnel to

avoid injury. Failure to comply could result in injury to personnel and equipment damage.

NOTE

Both Outback inverters are identical in appearance, function, and are interchangeable.

Procedures to install/remove the two inverters are identical, however due to cable routing,

inverter (IN2) must be mounted upside down.

11. Remove three cap screws (34), lockwashers (35), and flat washers (36) securing inverter (IN1) mount assembly (33) to

the inverter housing (32). Discard lockwashers.

12. Slide inverter (IN1) mount assembly (33) out of inverter housing (32) enough to access the remote cable wiring

connections on side of inverter (31). Have helper assist.
