Leakage Test.

Plug one hole (1).
2.
Put compressed air hose carrying 150 psi of air pressure in hole (2). Be sure
hose seals tightly around hole so no air can get out of oil cooler (3).
NOTE
If oil cooler (3) leaks, air bubbles will be seen in
water.
3.
Put oil cooler (3) under water and check that it does not leak. If oil cooler
leaks, get a new one.
