Put strap wrench (1) around pulley (2) as shown. Pull end of strap so that

it is tight on pulley.

Using 15/16-inch socket wrench,

unscrew locknut (3) while holding pulley from

turning with strap wrench (1).

Take off locknut (3) and flat washer (4).
