REPLACE POWER PLANT REAR ACCESS PANEL (M577A2, M1068,
AND M1064 ONLY) — Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Install cover (1) on hull. Secure with two screws (2) and new locknuts (3).
2.
Install five washers (4) on hull. Secure with five screws (5).
3.
Install five clamps (6), washers (7), and T-bolts (8) on hull. Secure with five new cotter pins (9).
4.
If removed, install new seal (10) on panel (11). Bend seal supports on panel to secure seals.
5.
Install panel (11) on hull. Tighten five clamps (6) and T-bolts (8).
6.
Use chalk test (WP 0120 00) to ensure panel seals hull opening and prevents carbon monoxide leaks.
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).
