Bipod assembly removed from vehicle

Bipod support removed from vehicle

REMOVAL

1.

Cut and remove nonelectrical wire (8). Remove two hexagon head capscrews (13) and flat washers (12) from travel lock

(6). Remove travel lock from travel lock adapter (1). Discard nonelectrical wire.

2.

Cut and remove nonelectrical wire (3). Remove two hexagon head capscrews (5) and flat washers (4) from travel

lock adapter (1). Discard nonelectrical wire.

3.

Cut and remove nonelectrical wire (9). Remove two hexagon head capscrews (11) and flat washers (10) from travel

lock adapter (1). Discard nonelectrical wire.

4.

If damaged, remove two helical coil inserts (2) (WP 0812 01).

5.

Remove travel lock adapter (1) from center beam of turntable (7).
